Candidates shall submit application forms duly filled with a deposit slip of Test Fee copy of CNIC, and 02 recent passport size photographs to PTS Head Office, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad.
Name of Post applied for should be written on the top right corner of the envelope.
